The type of nappy you use is up to you – it’s all about offering choice.

People who haven’t used a decent cloth nappy often expect them to be the poor relation to disposable nappies.  In fact it is the opposite that is the case.  A good cloth nappy will not shoot poo up your baby’s back so it hits their shoulders, it will have comfortable elastic to contain it.  It will be soft on sensitive skin, not made of scratchy materials.  It will cause nappy rash – this is caused by what’s in the nappy not the nappy itself!  It will not be hard work – flush the poo, bung the nappy in a bucket, (no soaking required) and stick in the washing machine, dry however you prefer.  It will be made from clever modern fabrics and fastenings to make it breathable, comfortable, easy, attractive and fun.
