These look just like normal underwear as they are made with cotton jersey towelling in rainbow and pastel colours. An absorbent section with a waterproof backing means these pants should hold a wee accident (they are not nappies, nor are the designed for use overnight). Sizes are now slightly bigger than they used to be so if you've had these before the size you need may be smaller.  We find XL fits most large to average sized children, whereas the Large is an average/slimmer fit, Medium fits smaller toddlers, younger babies or sometimes twins/multiples.
