We’ve designed this website to be free of waffle, and easy to use.  We hope you will find it easy to get quickly to where you want to be and find the products you need.  Do contact us if you have any comments on the website or if you can suggest ways to make it better – we’d love to hear from you.

Our shop will only let you order what’s in stock meaning your orders will get to you swiftly with no waiting.  We don’t send out substitutions – if a product is not available in stock you wont be able to buy it.  If you have any questions or queries about any product, do contact us.  If there is a product you are looking for that is not shown or not in stock – let us know and we’ll do what we can to help.

If you would prefer to order by phone – we’d love to talk to you. Ring us between 9am and 5.30pm seven days a week. When we can’t take your call, leave your name and number and we’ll ring you back asap, let us know if there is a good time to catch you!

In person
For over eight years we’ve welcomed our customers to visit here in Norwich. If you would like to pop into the Taverham Nappy HQ(!) just ring and let us know!!  You can reserve your order online before you visit if you like.  Just proceed through checkout and click on 'Collect in Person' as your choice of shipping method, then 'Please reserve these items' in Payment Info.  Just let us know when you'd like to collect and you order will be waiting for you.

We also always have a nappy shop at the Norwich Nappuccino (the second Thursday of every month 11-1pm at St Albans Hall, Grove Walk, Norwich - £1 gets you in and a drink - lots of interesting baby stuff there as well as the Nappy Days shop!) where we usually have the full range available – ring us the night before if there is a particular product you need and we’ll put it on aside for you or reserve online (see above).

Mix and match
Some items can be bought as packs or multiples for a discount.  If you would prefer to mix and match the colours of products, rather than purchase the colour/design selection shown, please contact us prior to ordering and if we have the stock we’ll be happy to make up your order just as you prefer.

Payment
We accept payment by debit or credit card through our secure payment system which handles your card details (we do not have record of your card details and do not keep them after your order has been processed). We also accept payment through paypal. Once you have confirmed payment you are bound to buy the items.

If you want to pay over the phone, or by cheque, or voucher, you can reserve items via the online store - just select this option at the checkout (select Standard or Express shipping, then click on the Please reserve these items...option).  If you use this method, please ensure you arrange payment to reach us promptly was we can only keep items reserved for up to 7 days after you order.  Please also ensure you quote your order number when making a payment.  If you are paying by cheque please make it payable to Nappy Days and send it to the address found here.  Make a note of your order number on the back of the cheque together with your name and address.  Orders will be despatched as soon as the cheque has cleared - ususally 5 working days after reciept.

If you would prefer to receive a paper copy of the price list containing the full range of Nappy Days products (not everything we sell in on the website) then let us know and we’ll pop one in the post.

Shipping /Postal Charges
We’re really sorry we don’t accept orders on our online shop from outside mainland UK. This is due to some of our suppliers having specific retailers overseas that we don’t want to upset, and shipping requirements.  If you are outside mainland UK and wish to place an order please email us for advice concerning the products you require and we should be able to help.

Shipping information
We keep postage prices at realistic levels – without increasing the cost of our products to cover them.  All orders should reach you within 7 days of us receiving cleared payment. Let us know if you need Express delivery on your order – there is a premium of £4.99 inc VAT in addition to postage charges below to pay for next day UK deliveries. We aim to get Express deliveries to you next day, but this will depend on what time you place the order and what day it is.  Contact us before you order if you have an absolute deadline to meet.

Standard delivery orders are sent using either Royal Mail or a courier.  You should receive your order within 5 working days of cleared payment being received (for non mainland and non UK please contact us for advice on delivery timescales).  If you have not received your order within 7 working days please contact us.

Postage Charges ( prices shown include VAT which is added at the checkout)

We have a policy of using recycled packaging as much as possible, often reusing packaging from our suppliers.

Norfolk County Council Discounts
Parents in Norfolk are eligible for the Norfolk County Council £30 discount and Nappy Days is happy to be able to redeem this for your. You will need to complete a discount form that can be downloaded from here.  Reserve your order online and contact us to redeem the voucher.  You will need to send a completed, signed voucher and pay before your order can be sent, please quote your order number.  The £30 is deducted from the order.  The total of the order must be over £45 worth of nappies, wraps and liners.
